Mat and his team demolished our old small utility and garage and built us a huge garage and utility. The fit and finish of everything was spot on, the other tradesmen that Mat uses are also great and work well together to produce a great job to a very high standard. In all honesty he's priced himself spot on, i got prices from other builders in Codsall and they were just ridiculously priced, Mat does an amazing job at a great price - i will be using him and his team again for sure!

Matt completed two wall removals (one internal one external), installing steel beams for both, underpinning for the supports of the internal wall, and installing a bifold door on the external wall. All work was done to a high standard and the work area was left clear and tidy in the evenings. Matt and his team recently carried out structural work at my house, installing new steel beams to create a large open plan space. They were reliable, punctual and easy to work with. Matt and his team did a fantastic job of removing an archway in my dining room. The house is a 1930s semi and the original house had been extended by previous owners with a very low and dark archway between the two rooms. Matt removed the arch, fitted a steel beam and it has completely transformed the room. Not only how it can now be used but the light into the room. Matt came highley recommended and we used him to undertake and manage a double story extension. As the title states, matt is a knowledgeable builder and worked well with the project and made the adaptions where needed. He worked within a short time scale and would highly recommend. From the first initial contact with Matt he was prompt in his response and always turned up when he said. He is reliable and we found him excellent to work with through the build. We are very pleased with our orangery extension and would highly recommend Matt. Having building work done can be stressful but Matt made this process stress free for us. He also took out a structural wall and fitted an RSJ to increase our garage door opening. The finish and detail to both building projects is brilliant.

The original brief was to widening the opening of back door and replaced with a French door, plus the removal of an internal wall and kitchen removal. Matt was able to provide one-stop-service for the French door part at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. While for the wall removal, it turned out to be a masonry wall, but Matt was able to contact all relevant parties to get the job done efficiently and nicely. He was also easy to communicate with, and handled our queries clearly.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had found Matt on check a trade and made contact via there. Within 2 days he came and surveyed the job and within 4 days I had a quote. Matt laid out exactly what the work entailed and I was pleased with his timeframes also. The work was completed extremely efficiently and the finished product was brilliant. Matt and his team arrived on site on time..put dust sheets down..knocked kitchen through to dinning room and put excess bricks in the skip, put in RSJ support in ceiling. Matt and lads took out back door and bricked up two doorways. Put in new door lentle. RSJ was passed off for Matt by Staffordshire building inspector. Pleased with the work. The lads cleaned up after.. Matt came back again to give area another clean. Mrs Bradbury in Cannock.

Matt was really professional right from the point of first coming to quote for the works up to completion of the job. Matt and his team were polite, professional and carried out all the work as agreed and removed the chimney breast. They used my structural engineer’s drawings to secure the chimney in the loft space using gallows brackets as specified. All work carried out by Matt has been cleared by Building Control at the local authority. They protected our carpets from dust and tidied up after completing the job. Matt has recently completed the removal and building of a new wall to the front of our house. During the work Matt and his team were very professional. They provided clear communication on a daily basis, ensuring the work area was tidy and safe at the end of the day. The completed wall looks brilliant and matt showed he takes pride in his work by coming back to redo some pointing that wasn’t to his standard. He also managed a challenging, elderly neighbour very well who was constantly out nosing at the job and complaining over minor issues.

Matt was asked to carry out some alterations to our kitchen and dining room. Whilst doing this, he had to put right and make safe some previous building work done by a so called builder. Luckily Matt was able to make the shoddy previous work safe and secure. The original quote changed due to this but the end result was better than the original brief. Matt was always on time, tidy and very knowledgeable about what needed doing. He also managed the building supplies, waste collecting and was able to recommend an architect for us.

Matt was outstanding from start to finish. Listened to what we wanted, gave great advice when asked for it. Charged what was quoted when job was completed. He ordered and organised everything that was needed to complete the work. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He works very hard and won’t finish until he is satisfied that what he is doing is perfect. Left the garden swept down and clean at the end of each day. We were so impressed with everything about the way that he works that we have asked him back to help start phase two of our project. I would recommend him to anyone.

Open communication with Matt from start of project and listened to what we wanted from the project Fitted RSJs to support bi-fold windows, Matt went extra mile so that bi-folds could be fitted in a timely manner. Also built internal block wall. Very tidy workers cleaned up at end of day which we really appreciated. Would recommend Matt to friends and family as we are really pleased with the workmanship.

Wall was rebuilt using original bricks, which now looks as though the damage had never happened. Fantastic job more than pleased with the work done.

Matt was excellent and I would certainly recommend him. He was knowledgeable, informative, polite and friendly, but most importantly I was really pleased with the quality of his work. For a small job it was relatively complicated and a plumber and electrician were also needed, Matt arranged both of these and they were also punctual, helpful and did the work that was needed. Not to forget 'Bran' (...don), Matt's labourer, who was hard working and conscientious (even complimented my guitar playing which isn't that great!). To repeat I would definitely recommend and would have them do work again.

Built a curved garden wall approx 9 metres long with piers ,before starting he had to remove a mature shrub hedge, the finished job was first class, I would recommend him and use him for future work, at least 4 other people commented to me on the finished job how good it was and how hard Matt and Brandon had worked throughout.
